This members site is owned by Leisha Jarrette (Sole Trader ABN: 62389400843) (hereafter referred to as Leisha Jarrett or The Merchant) and registered in Australia.

Any membership purchase, use or engagement with this membership website www.leishajarrett.com/consciousevolution signifies that the customer has reviewed and has agreed to these Terms and Conditions for use of the site, use of resources, our posted videos and referrals to 3rd parties and any information and advice contained therein. The click validating the membership purchase implies full acceptance of these terms and represents the customer’s “digital signature”.

These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations for both Leisha Jarrett and the members of Conscious Evolution.

All membership purchases will be confirmed by email to the address specified by the customer immediately after the purchase. The Merchant is not responsible for technical confirmation delays.

Information and data held by https://www.leishajarrett.com/consciousevolution is collected and maintained in reasonably safe circumstances and stored as proof of purchase and understanding of our Terms and Conditions.

Specific affiliate payment information is held by PayPal, the merchant we use to process payments.

PayPal is responsible for the data you furnish to conduct purchases and we hold no information procured by PayPal.

We will make reasonable efforts to safeguard the data we collect and maintain, but hold no responsibility for this information, except in cases of negligence in accordance with normal business practice.

If you are new to healing and transformation work you may want to use the resources (PDFs and meditations) straight away to ease you into the experience.

The live calls and videos are for home use only and membership does not grant permission to duplicate or download videos from the membership site.

The use of any material without the written permission of the Leisha Jarrett is a breach of contract and violation of the copyright of the video production, content and Leisha Jarrett.

This applies to stills, graphics, photos, images and all of the design elements within the videos as well as the website, Youtube channels, Vimeo, Facebook, Instagram and other social media.

Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of information and advice featured within the Conscious Evolution membership program.

Leisha Jarrett and her team and contributors shall not be held liable for the outcomes, decisions, feelings, experiences, consequences, accidents or damages resulting from the experiences, discussions, recommendations or use of resources contained within this website, our social media accounts or posts.

This is in force even in cases where The Merchant was aware of the possibility of such damages. General comments and complaints should be addressed to [email protected].

Membership prices are valid at the time of purchase and are subject to change at any time unless you are a founding member.

We are not responsible for viewing issues resulting from faulty internet connections, low bandwidth or lack of cellular data reception.

Our videos are placed online and by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you understand that access to the internet is required to view them.

Issues with the quality of the videos should be addressed in writing to [email protected].

Subscriptions are non-refundable.
However you may choose to cancel your membership at any time.

You will still have access up to the end of the month of which you previously paid.

Your membership will then end and you will be removed from the Facebook group.

The unauthorized use of any trademarks, logos or brands present on the site is strictly forbidden.

These include but are not limited to Conscious Evolution and Leisha Jarrett.

These Terms and Conditions remain valid and in force, even if one or more clauses are invalid or declared so under any law, regulation or following the final decision of a competent court.

No failure of either party to exercise any power given to it in these Terms and Conditions or to insist upon strict compliance by the other party with its obligations hereunder shall constitute a waiver of either party’s right to demand full compliance with the terms hereof.

All personal data you provide to us will be treated in accordance with the data protection principles outlined by Australian legislation and the GDPR, or as amended or updated.

In form and content, these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Australian law.

All orders placed on The Merchant’s site strictly imply acceptance of The Merchant’s Terms and Conditions.

In case of dispute or claim, the customer agrees to seek an amicable solution with The Merchant before proceeding with any legal action.

In the event where such a solution cannot be found, any disputes concerning the sale (price, Terms and Conditions etc.) will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.

Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will enter into force after giving written notice to existing members of Conscious Evolution, or as clearly identified on our website.
